Placing an Order

You may place your order via the Internet. After an order is placed, you will receive an email to confirm that the Go Get Art store has received the order. At the time of shipment, an additional follow-up email will be sent. Both confirmations will contain the order number, order detail, and shipping method. The shipping confirmation email will also include the date shipped, number of packages, and carrier's tracking number(s).

Prices on the Go Get Art store are subject to change without notice. The Go Get Art store maintains the right to refuse or cancel orders at any time, including but not limited to orders that contain incorrect prices or product descriptions, orders that the Go Get Art store believes the customer has violated applicable law, and orders that the Go Get Art store believe are harmful to Go Get Art and the Go Get Art store. The Go Get Art store also reserves the right to limit the number of items purchased or orders placed through this site.

Payment Methods

We accept American Express, Discover/Novus, MasterCard and Visa, for Internet orders. All online orders paid by credit card are processed on a secure server.

Sales Tax

The Go Get Art store is required by law to collect applicable sales or use tax on all purchases shipped to states where we maintain a place of business. The amount of sales tax that will be added to your order is based on the state to which your order is being shipped, the standard sales tax charged in that area and the total dollar amount of your order. Not all customers will be charged sales tax. Incidentally, when you fill out our order form, our system automatically calculates and displays the appropriate sale tax.

Shipping

Shipping and handling fees depend upon the method of delivery. All standard delivery orders include a handling fee and applicable shipping charges. When you fill out our online order form and select a method of delivery, our system automatically calculates and displays the shipping charges for your inspection. All orders are shipped via FEDEX ground except to Alaska, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Hawaii, APO, FPO addresses, which are shipped by the United States Postal Service.

Merchandise Availability

Should the any item you order not be available, you will be charged only for the items shipped to you by the Go Get Art store. All orders are subject to acceptance by the Go Get Art store. We reserve the right to refuse delivery, or limit quantities of any product ordered. Please note that we cannot guarantee the availability of any item until you place an order.

Cancellation Policy

Once an order is entered into our system, a customer service agent may or may not be able to cancel your order. This is determined by the status of the order. If an agent is unable to cancel your order, you have the option to return the merchandise in order to receive a full refund for your order (see our Guarantee below).

In some cases, items may become unavailable; therefore they will be removed from your order. You will not be billed for any canceled items.

Money Back Guarantee

Your complete satisfaction is very important to us. Before the final proof is accepted by you, we will issue a full refund for the price of the product, plus any applicable taxes. Shipping costs are refunded if the product is defective or if the return is due to an error caused by the Go Get Art store. Exceptions for returns are noted below.

To ensure your return or exchange is processed promptly, please follow these procedures:

1. Worn or damaged merchandise is not returnable. If the product was damaged during shipment please contact us at: info@gogetart.net

2. All original packaging must be included when returning a product.

3. Enclose a copy of the packing slip with your return. If you do not have a copy of the packing slip please notify us at: info@gogetart.net

5. For your protection, we recommend that you insure the returned items for the full amount and/or select a trackable shipping method. The Go Get Art store is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

6. Please allow one to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. Refunds are issued to the original card used to make the purchase.
