What does it cost to commission an original hand-painted masterpiece?

Do your artists sign the original hand painted oil on canvas masterpieces?

Our artists are happy to sign original pieces but they will not sign replications of other artist’s work that they create. However if you don’t want your masterpiece signed then we’ll be happy to arrange that for you!

Do you frame it?

For shipping reasons Go Get Art does not offer framing at this time, but we hope to offer this service in the future.

How long will it take?

Creating an original masterpiece by hand can take anywhere between 4-6 weeks, provided that there are not too many corrections.

Can different pictures be put together to create one masterpiece?

Yes! Creating an original masterpiece by hand using more than one picture is an added bonus to our service.

How do I upload more than one picture?

You can send additional pictures electronically to sales@gogetart.com. Be sure to include your order number in the subject line.

Can I mail photos to the GoGetArt office?

Yes. You are more than welcome to send original photographs to GoGetArt directly but digital images are better.

Will I get my photographs back?

GoGetArt cannot be responsible for photographs mailed to the home office.

Is there an additional charge if GoGetArt scans photographs?

GoGetArt charges a nominal handling fee for all photographs scanned in at home office.

If I don’t like my masterpiece can I return it?

Yes. GoGetArt offers a money back guarantee.

Is everything created by hand?

Yes. Sharing our passion for Art means that we guarantee that each and masterpiece is created by hand!

How will my masterpiece be delivered?

GoGetArt ships using ground service with one of the major parcel carriers: Fed Ex, UPS, USPS or DHL. Overnight and Air services are available for an additional charge.

How will I be able to track my package?

GoGetArt will send you an email with a tracking number.

Who should I call if my package has not arrived?

In the email detailing tracking number and arrival time GoGetArt includes a toll free number for your convenience.
